The Cincinnati Art Club invites all to join us at

the Opening Reception from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. 

Enjoy wine and cheese while mingling with the professional

Signature Member artists and enjoying their original artwork. 

Jan Polk’s painting, “Jardines del buen Retiro” will

be on display.  This is a beautiful, colorful, impressionist oil

painting of a landmark garden in Madrid, Spain.

There are no admission fees.  Parking is free.

The show continues, weekends,  September 12, 13, 19, 20

 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Cincinnati Art Club, 1021 Parkside Place,

Cincinnati, OH 45202 (Mt. Adams).

Jan Polk will be one of the featured exhibitors at this event

sponsored by the Promont House Museum, 906 Main Street,

Milford, OH 45150.  Jan will be signing copies of her book

 “A Year of Good Manners” by Margery Sinclair and Jan Polk. 

 

September 12: 4th Annual Art Affaire, noon to 5pm on the lawn at historic

Promont House Museum. 4th Annual Community Art Show featuring artists

of various media - painting, pottery, wood carving, jewelry, fiber arts and

wearables, and more. Entertainment provided by String Celebrations USA

(a quarter from the Clermont Philharmonic,  CCM Musical Theater students,

East O’Bryonville Trombones, Cincinnati Dulcimer Society, and a barbershop

quartet.

 

 Delicious homemade food available. Silent auction and raffle items.

Sunflower flower show inside the museum, with voting for People’s Choice

 and a silent auction to purchase each arrangement.

 

Museum open, all activities are free.

Shuttle available between Promont and Old Milford to attend the

Sunflower Street fair.

 

Please join us for an afternoon of fun for the whole family at the Promont

House Museum which is an Italianate Victorian structure, built in 1865 by

William Megrue and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
